Welcome to Pinnup Play. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinnup Play mobile application ("App"), operated by our team ("we," "us," or "our"). 2. Description of Service

Pinnup Play is an endless match-3 survival game where players match colorful gems to survive as long as possible against a constantly depleting meter. The App is provided for entertainment purposes and is available for download from Google Play Store and as an APK from our website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

7. Game Content and Virtual Items

• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money
